This is a great meal that can be served for dinner or breakfast... and it is super easy and really quite tasty! The chilies are very mild, so if you don't like super spicy food, this is good!
Ingredients: 12 eggs 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup milk salt & pepper to taste 3 cans whole chilies (the cans I used were 5 ounces) grated cheese (I used cheddar and pepper jack)
Mix the eggs, flour, milk, salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
Arrange your chilies flat in the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese over the chilies and then repeat (chilies and cheese layer).
Pour the egg mixture over the chilies slowly. Top with some additional cheese. I used cheddar with the chilies and then topped the whole thing with pepper jack.
Bake at 350* for 45 minutes. The whole thing should puff up a little and be golden on the bottom. Enjoy!

Thanks Michelle! This is very different from what we usually have (i have an egg bake recipe, which is very different from your chiles relleno casserole), I'm going to pick up some chiles and make this for supper - YUM!
